RETURNS

366 Concept Retro Furniture

All products of 366 Concept Retro Furniture are made to order and thus returns cannot be accepted. Please make sure to read all the descriptions (size, colour, fabric specifications) carefully before ordering. If you have any doubts:

• Download catalogue to read more about product dimensions.
• Order fabric swatches: for EUR 10, you can order up to 5. The cost of swatches will be deducted from your final order.

As a client, you may only refuse a parcel in the following cases:

• If the product is damaged during transport
• If the parcel contains the wrong contents

In order to submit a complaint, please send a completed Complaint Form from the delivery company with photos to shop@byewso.com. We will contact you to discuss the next steps. 

Contents of the return should be indicated as follows:

    1. Name.
    2. The name of the company.
    3. E – mail.
    4. Phone number.
    5. The reason for the complaint and accurate indication of the manner and scope of the infringement.
    6. If possible, provide evidence to support the validity of the complaint – the specificity of the screenshot image.

Consideration of a complaint by the Administrator shall take place immediately, but not later than within 14 days of its receipt in the correct form and with the correct content.

UMMO

For us your satisfaction is the top priority. If the purchased products fail to meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days from purchasing said goods. The undertaken payment will be returned to your bank account without any additional formalities.

Before collecting the parcel, check if it has not been damaged during shipment.

After collecting the parcel, you can open it in the presence of the courier. If there are visible damages of the outer layer of the parcel identifiable, check the condition of the products delivered with the courier and – if need be – fill in a damage protocol with him or her. The courier should have proper documents with him or her.

If the purchased goods have factory defects or are not in compliance with the description, then you should send to us the message at email: shop@byewso.com. We will contact you to discuss the next steps.
